She takes the challenging world of getting your message out and making yourself known and breaks it down into practical, easy to follow steps, how to’s, and when to’s. Whether you’re a newbie or already known in your industry, you will find valuable insights, tips, and tricks to take your reputation and your business to the next level.

Polite, funny and gives challenging assignments to complete in 5 minutes. Jill gives real time support and real time challenges that you are met with in the publicity world then she explains how to make your responses to unthinkable questions flow with the conversation. Jill gives excellent information and great interaction time with your team which is very useful in your career.

The course today, and the three days prior, provided a wealth of knowledge and information. When I attend a day long training seminar, I am happy to learn one new thing, this week I have learned at least one new thing every hour and sometimes many more. Jill’s presentation style is engaging, efficient and effective, and made richer by her kind and generous nature. It has been a true pleasure to participate, and I look forward to continuing this journey in May.
